Phone and E-mail Advice
We are very happy to discuss absolutely anything to do with
your pet over the phone, from whether you should buy a particular
pet in the first place to how you can tell whether a very
elderly pet is still enjoying life
There may not be a vet or nurse free to come to the phone
immediately but they will phone you back. The person answering
the phone will take brief details, assess the urgency or not
of the query, take down all relevant phone numbers and send
an internal e-mail message to the relevant vet(s) or nurse(s).
For non-urgent discussions it is often the vet on night duty
who will phone you back, after the end of evening surgery,
so it is worth telling us when is the latest you would be
happy to be phoned.

issues for an animal who is the patient of another practice.
